There will be one or few winners per category
Their designs will be drawn into a single image by the admins, with their trainer

ONLY UP TO TWO ENTRIES A PERSON
Even a series (such as a comic) is counted as a single entry
You may replace/switch old entries with a new one if you wish


NOTE POLICIES

~ All other notes will be ignored unless the title is extremely specific




CONTEST RULES

What to Draw *can be one, few, or all the choices*:
~ Your gijinka in an environment or habitat
~ Your gijinka in battle (can be single or double) (can be vs any element, not just OPPONENT types)
~ Your gijinka having fun, having a problem, having itself in an odd position/situation
~ Your gijinka with an admin trainer (see MAJOR CATEGORIES)


You May ...
~ Draw ANY Pokemon into a gijinka
~ Make your own background for your entry!
~ Draw multiple gijinka in a single image
~ Use any medium
~ Have fun and be creative !!

You May NOT ...
~ Submit traces
~ Submit stolen gijinka ideas/outfits (unless with permission; the original artist must send a NOTE to this contest)
~ Submit an entry using someone else's picture as a background (unless with permission; the original artist must send a NOTE to this contest)
~Submit stolen art, or anything else against Terms of Service and procedures
~ Use the *Pokedex purple background for your entry (you could but there's no reason for you to do so)
~ Draw your own trainer for this contest (besides, drawing our trainers is entirely optional)
~ Draw only a trainer, this contest is for GIJINKA POKEMON
~ Be rude to your fellow members (this INCLUDES the chatroom)
~ Draw anything over PG-13, this is a contest for all ages


Important Notes
~ Take into mind how sometimes male and female pokemon are different in colour, and that there are gender specific pokemon!
~ Multi-element pokemon are organized by PRIMARY element (ie. water-electric types go to Korin, not Doug)
~ Flying type is a secondary-only element, this means ANY Pokemon with Flying can be with Miri (ie. steel-flying Skarmory can be with Doug, Miri, or both)
~ Picking a pokemon is MORE IMPORTANT than what trainer you want to draw !! (Meaning: pick pokemon first, not the trainer)
~ Drawing a trainer is NOT MANDATORY, only the gijinka are!
~ Just because there are some types under OPPONENT, they can still be drawn standing by itself
~ Double battles ONLY if both pokemon are from the SAME CATEGORY (not element, just category)!
~ MINOR CATEGORIES are around only to sort existing entries, there MIGHT be a small prize for each however
~ Flash entries go under digital-colour by default, but might be recategorized depending on what's in it
~ RESEARCH IS A PLUS


How To Tell Which Category Your Entry Will Be In:
~ By the element of the pokemon you draw
~ If there are two or more pokemon in the same image (battle, having fun, etc), it's by "winning pokemon/team" or the "main character" of an image (this doesn't apply if all the pokemon are from the same category)
~ If contestants accidentally make the TRAINER the main character, the image MIGHT be entered in the trainer's category
~ If you have the wrong pokemon with the wrong trainer, it's entered in the category the pokemon element's in
~ ANY image with a pokemon from the OPPONENT category will be in the OPPONENT category
~ IF there is the case when a subject isn't clear, it will be entered in a category by GUESSING xD;

** "Winning pokemon/team" can be like water vs fire *water wins*, fire vs ice *fire wins*, size *snorlax vs pikachu / snorlax squishes pikachu / snorlax wins*, baby vs parent *depends*, etc

Why can't I enter my own trainer?
<sub>Reason is that if we do allow the such is that there is a high chance contestants will enter soley for that purpose (and "mine is better than yours" wars)
The focus for the contest is clearly the POKEMON GIJINKA
The admins' trainers are there only if you want to add a trainer in the image with your gijinka, it's entirely optional, no one is forcing you to draw them
Also judging for such an option would be much harder considering style, profile, personality, etc
A few people have suggested personal trainers in the Opponent category but again, it'd only increase the risk of people entering for that purpose and the possibly an overload of entrants in that category
